Wasting Away in Margaritaville...Not Yet.

Lately I’ve been investigating ways of making a better living…online.

Sounds good doesn’t it?

Now, before you start thinking this is a sales letter you can forget it. I’m not selling anything so you can relax.

Last year I bought a program called “Commission Blueprint”; I figured “what the heck if its a load of bull I can get a refund”.

So I got the program and did everything I was told to do and…My first commission cheque was only $17 but hey, it was a start. Each month I got a few more cheques and the amounts got bigger. Needless to say I never asked for that refund.

Anyway I started liking this affiliate stuff so I bought Rosalind Gardner’s Super Affiliate Handbook (which I’m also not trying to sell). Rosalind (another Boomer) is a pretty savvy lady, she use to be an air traffic controller. A few years ago she quit that job and became an internet affiliate marketer. She does very well at it too!

I read her book, scooped some ideas and started making some more commissions. Now I’m certainly not in Rosalind’s league but… I don’t have a day job anymore.

MY MISSION (which I’ve decided to accept).

• Make enough money from my internet business to not have to work at a job ever again.

• Be able to travel the world, when and wherever I want.

• Give a gift, whatever and to whomever I want.

• Be able to put money away regularly as a hedge against possibly not being able to tie my shoes some day.

I’m sure its not an original mission and probably shared by most folks not just us Boomers. So I’m slowly building a steady platform of internet based businesses to accomplish my mission.

The two guys who got me started with “Commission Blueprint” Tim Godfrey and Steve Clayton are coming out with something new in January that sounds pretty good, but they’re only going to have it open for 7 days. The idea is to keep the membership small and not over expose a good thing. I like that.

Anyway I’m going to give it a try because I’ve already done alright with their last project and besides if it doesn’t work, its refund time.
